Scale of maximum fees
In connection with seasonal rentals, the agency's maximum remuneration is 22.5% of the gross rent collected, payable exclusively by the owner.
This remuneration is deducted by the agency from payments made by the client and, in the event of staggered payments, as and when such payments are received.
The agency also receives from each tenant a fee of up to 12% of the gross rent collected.
"Gross rent" means the amount invoiced to the tenant for the use of the property, excluding any fees invoiced by the agency.
