Villa Omai Zilé

Villa Omai Zilé

Perched in the heights of Colombier, Omai Zilé is a six-bedroom architectural estate of 1,200 square metres, conceived in close collaboration with SAOTA, where sculptural lines, noble materials, and a curated body of artworks compose a sanctuary of singular refinement. The view unfolds from the first light of sunrise to the last embers of dusk, drifting across the turquoise horizon of St Barths, the harbour of Gustavia, and the long sands of Flamands far below. The estate is arranged as a composition of pavilions, an architectural choice that places privacy and panorama in continuous dialogue. Expansive terraces, sunlit lounges and tranquil gardens dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape, framed by custom-designed furnishings and craftsmanship of exceptional calibre. Every detail has been considered, every material chosen for its conversation with the light. Six bedrooms are arranged as private pavilions, each commanding panoramic sea views and offering the seclusion of a residence within the residence. The Master Pavilion stands as the principal sanctuary of the estate, while three Signature Pavilions and two Deluxe Pavilions complete the composition. All are appointed with king beds, intuitive smart-home comfort, refined interiors, and serene sea-facing terraces, an arrangement conceived for guests who measure luxury in seclusion as much as in setting. The culinary spaces speak of quiet ambition. A show kitchen, a separate chef's kitchen, a pergola dining pavilion and a wood-fired pizza oven compose a domain dedicated to the art of the table, where a private chef tends to the rhythm of each meal. Wellness is woven through the estate. A Technogym fitness studio, a yoga deck, spa-treatment spaces, and the only private padel court on St Barths, set above Flamands Bay, compose a private wellness wing of rare amplitude. As night falls, the villa's private nightclub welcomes intimate gatherings beneath the Caribbean sky, a sovereign setting for celebrations of every measure. A private chef, daily staff, and bespoke experiences extend the experience well beyond the walls of the residence. Minutes from the vibrant heart of the island, yet entirely secluded within the protected enclave of Colombier, Omai Zilé is among the most singular six-bedroom luxury villa rentals in St Barths, a rare expression of architecture, nature and service in seamless harmony.

Born of stories and
quiet traditions

The word Hamaka comes from the Taíno people, the first inhabitants of the Caribbean, who wove hammocks designed for rest in harmony with nature. Over time, this quiet way of living took root in everyday St Barth, where the hammock came to symbolize comfort, ease, and softness.

For us, Hamaka is more than a name, it is a philosophy, rooted in the island's heritage. It speaks to a vision of luxury defined by discretion, simplicity, and a sincere sense of belonging. Through our collection of curated homes, we shape places where you can take your time, breathe, and truly feel at home in St Barth.

Villa Brahama

Villa Brahama

A Cliffside Vantage on the Heights of Pointe Milou Perched on the cliffs of Pointe Milou, one of the most coveted promontories on St Barths, Villa Brahama is a newly built eight-bedroom residence that combines refined contemporary architecture with the slow elegance of Caribbean living. The view sweeps across the open ocean and a private cove of crystalline waters, while warm natural materials and soft ivory tones lend the interiors a serene, almost meditative quality. The villa unfolds across two levels in continuous dialogue with the landscape. On the main floor, an expansive lounge composed of rounded sofas rests beneath a ceiling animated by sculptural pendant lights, while floor-to-ceiling openings draw the eye towards the turquoise horizon, a hue that returns throughout the interior palette. At the rear, the lounge opens onto a lush landscaped terrace gathered around a romantic dining table, a setting that brings freshness and charm to the heart of the residence. The kitchen, equipped with a central island and conceived to host a private chef with ease, sits in graceful proximity to the living spaces and a second dining area placed at an angle for warmth and conviviality. The front terrace becomes the soul of the villa, anchored by a heated infinity pool whose waters dissolve into the shimmering Caribbean below. A row of sun loungers and refined lounge tables compose an outdoor stage perfectly suited to sunset cocktails and lingering conversations. Eight bedrooms are arranged across the two levels, each appointed with its own bathroom and television. Six are furnished with king-size beds, a seventh with a queen, and the eighth is conceived as a children's room with two 140-centimetre bunk beds, sharing its bathroom with the parents' suite, an arrangement designed for families travelling together. Each bedroom enjoys ocean or garden views, private terraces where appropriate, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and generous walk-in showers. The master suite elevates the experience further still, with a freestanding bathtub set facing the sea, an intimate vantage onto the panorama. The wellness wing brings together a fully equipped fitness room, a dedicated massage space, and a television lounge, a private retreat within the property. Steps carved into the cliffside provide direct access to the ocean below, while private parking offers practical ease throughout the stay. Within Pointe Milou, one of the most sought-after enclaves on St Barths and a short drive from the boutiques, restaurants and gastronomic tables of the island, Villa Brahama accommodates up to fourteen guests in absolute privacy. A confidential address for families and groups of friends in search of a refined eight-bedroom luxury villa rental in St Barths, where architecture, ocean, and the gentle pulse of the Caribbean compose an extraordinary island escape.

Villa Fay

Villa Fay

Unrivalled Beachfront Location, Chic Caribbean Décor Villa Fay unfolds as one of the most charmingly composed addresses on Saint-Barth, an intimate two-bedroom bungalow whose yellow exterior and vintage white trim molding compose the paisible signature of a truly beachfront retreat. A wrap-around terrace unfolds around the home, gathered with chaise lounges and generously composed, and a private staircase descends directly to the powder-white sands of Flamands Beach. Inside, a chic white register reveals soaring ceilings, welcoming sofas, considered natural light, and beautiful hardwood floors. A hammock completes the vision, an editorial gesture that lifts the composition into a quintessential Caribbean poetry. Villa Fay has been composed as the ideal register for those who seek a truly beachfront experience. Its compact and welcoming footprint has been considered for the layered pleasures of revelling in one's surroundings, an intimate atmosphere that invites the guest to feel embraced from the very first threshold. The open air becomes the heart of the villa's rhythm. From the teak terrace, the eye is welcomed by a memorable panoramic perspective onto three of the island's most quietly beloved silhouettes: the discreet outlines of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme, an editorial choreography rarely composed with such singular grace. The terrace itself gathers several chaise lounges, a dining table for ten convives, and a smaller table for four unfolding beneath the palms, an architectural attention that adapts to the layered registers of the day. A hammock invites the paisible ceremony of an unhurried afternoon in the breeze, but it is the beach itself that ultimately calls. A single step down, and the toes are already in the sand. The wrap-around terrace unfolds around the entire home and remains accessible from every room. The living area's openings invite the guest outward toward the ocean, while each of the bedrooms is gifted with its own private access to the garden terrace at the rear, an architectural gesture that lends each suite a discreet double perspective. Each bedroom is composed as an ensuite sanctuary, gifted with a shower, considered beach towels, and a king-size bed for the paisible ceremony of the evening. Upon request, one of the rooms may be reconfigured with two twin beds, an editorial flexibility that adapts to every configuration of the household. The bedrooms are also accessible through the living area, a welcoming volume composed with cushioned white sofas lifted by considered blue accents. A desk and a flat-screen television with Direct TV complete the interior register, gifted with a discreet layer of contemporary comfort. The adjoining kitchen is composed with an intimate footprint but reveals every essential of the table, from a professional oven and gas range to a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and considered appliances. In addition to all that Villa Fay offers, the Hamaka concierge composes every gesture of the stay: dinners prepared by the island's most refined chefs, private yacht excursions, in-residence spa treatments, and other personalised experiences, an entirely tailored chapter of Saint-Barthélemy, gracefully orchestrated. A villa where the yellow silhouette of a truly Caribbean bungalow, the discreet music of three island silhouettes on the horizon, and the layered paisibility of a wrap-around terrace on the sands shape the daily rituals, Villa Fay offers a luminous, breezy, and quietly beloved chapter of Saint-Barth.

Villa MMK

Villa MMK

Timeless sophistication in a highly sought-after location. Newly built along the gentle ridge between Saint-Jean and Saline, Villa MMK unfolds as a quiet expression of timeless elegance. Classic Saint-Barth architecture meets a contemporary sensibility, and a serene palette of wood and natural tones lends the villa a soothing, effortless presence, a sense of place that feels both grounded and luminous. The villa's greatest virtue may well be its address. Set in one of the most coveted positions on the island, it offers easy access to every corner of Saint-Barthélemy. The lively beach life of Saint-Jean lies only minutes away, while the elevated outlook reveals sweeping views over the bay and the silvery surface of the nearby pond. At the heart of the home, the living space and modern kitchen share a single, sociable volume. Effortlessly composed, the room breathes with the trade winds, the sitting area dissolving into a dining space and into the kitchen, which is gently delineated by an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Fully air-conditioned, the interior offers a discreet sense of comfort that complements rather than competes with the openness of the design. On the opposite side of the living area, the terrace becomes the villa's open-air stage. An infinity pool flanked by sunbeds invites long, unhurried hours, while a gas barbecue and a shaded dining table set the scene for relaxed lunches and candlelit evenings. Three bedrooms compose the villa with a fine sense of balance. Two unfold on either side of the living area, each in its own bungalow, with a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, an arrangement that lends a precious sense of independence to each guest. The third bedroom, slightly larger and gifted with its own private sitting area, rests on the lower level. It can be reached either through an indoor staircase beside the kitchen or via a separate entrance from the lower sun deck, equally appointed with a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. A villa where classic island elegance meets contemporary clarity, Villa MMK offers a graceful base for those wishing to experience Saint-Barthélemy at its most refined.
