The villa unfolds across three levels and over fifteen hundred square metres of land, every inch composed for the quiet pleasures of layered comfort. Direct access to the celebrated sands of Flamands, seven generous bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom, a home cinema, a fitness room with massage studio, a sauna and a hammam, and a heated infinity pool compose a home from which little has been forgotten. Freshly renamed to echo the slower rhythm that defines a stay here, Villa No Rush has evolved to welcome larger gatherings: the former private study has been thoughtfully converted into a seventh bedroom, lifting the home to seven ensuite suites. Guests could happily settle into any of the magnificent bedrooms and never leave, and yet the dramatic terraces, one at the heart of the main floor and one gathered beside the pool and the beach, invite the layered rhythms of conviviality and shared conversation. This is a home composed for the quiet art of being looked after. Continental breakfast and soft drinks are served by the villa’s own full-time staff, which includes a butler, a chef, a daily housekeeper, and a turndown service. The master suite is a true haven. Posed at the top of the villa, it gathers its own private terrace, two separate ensuite bathrooms with dressing rooms, and a sweeping outlook over the pool deck and the ocean. Two additional suites unfold on this same floor, each with ensuite bathrooms gifted with striking tubs and a terrace onto the interior courtyard. The main floor reveals the great room, dressed with welcoming furniture, a well-appointed family kitchen with island seating, and a generous dining area. One side opens toward the ocean and the pool deck, the other onto the inner courtyard — the most difficult decision becomes which way to turn. The entire property has been designed by Architectonik and decorated in soothing creams and chocolate browns, idyllic and generous, equipped with the kind of thoughtful detail that answers every question before it can be asked. Two elevators connect every level with ease. The family kitchen is well equipped for guests, and a separate professional kitchen with dumbwaiter lets the staff attend to every need. A Sonos sound system, state-of-the-art AV and Wi-Fi network, and a comprehensive security system deliver all the technology guests have come to rely on; televisions carry both French and U.S. satellite service, with Russian satellite available in the master bedroom and the living room.
