Hill House is focused on the beauty of the outdoors that surrounds it. Its infinity pool is a generous 28 meters long and is mirrored by a beautiful Brazilian hardwood deck with multiple chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both extend parallel to the horizon, making it appear that the pool simply extends into the turquoise sea in the distance. If you’d like to enjoy cocktails on the deck, the raised and covered outdoor seating area has its own bar with refrigerator and sink, as well as multiple seating options. Alternatively, the casually sophisticated indoor living area is so open to the pool that it’s hard to tell where the indoors ends and the outdoors begins. Furnished in wicker and decorated in creams with pops of white, this room has its own adjacent bar, as well as a state-of-the-art 3D HT television, Bose sound system, and dining area for 12. The living area also includes a sleek, well-equipped kitchen that runs the entire width of the room. Slightly recessed from the rest of the open-air living area, you can enjoy food prep, conversation, and ocean views or choose to close it off to provide privacy — it’s perfect for hosting catered events. The sleeping areas of Hill House are thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and privacy. The master bedroom is located a few steps above the pool area, and is an oasis to itself with a four-poster bed, a separate dressing area, and a magnificent Philippe Starck bathtub overlooking the ocean through lace curtain-veiled full-length windows. The other three bedrooms are accessed via a garden path enhanced by orchids and palms — your stroll to or from the main house envelops you in the sounds and sights of the Caribbean and evokes true tropical joy. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. Each has an ocean view and private terrace and is luxuriously outfitted with a king bed, though two of the three can be set up with two twin beds if you so choose.
